Immediate Employment Opportunities:
The Employment Development Department is increasing mass hiring effort to employ over 4,500 new staff. Workers will be trained for call center operations, processing unemployment Insurance (UI) claims, and analyzing documents from claimants and employers to make wage determinations for benefits. The following positions are posted for hiring statewide:

  • Employment Program Representatives - (UI Services Representative - positions require college education and public contact experience to process claims and assist customers, including over the phone and off-phone work.)
